Here is a link to an album I produced in 1993-1994. They never made it
over the hump, but I still think it is an outstanding album.

Facebook is being stupid: It insists that i "Like" a song before
letting me hear it. How in Aitch Eeee double-toothpicks can I tell if
the song is worth liking until after I've heard it?

So, 'LIKE' the facebook page. You can always un-like it. But I think you
will actually LIKE it. The album is damn good.

FB is all about stupid crap like that, nothing else.
Beyond that, it´s technically the crappiest "social network" I´ve seen yet.
They "advertise" functions as revolutionary and new, that similar networks
have had years before them - and got them actually working right, not like
Crapbook...

Obviously, it´s made crappy enough, that most people think it´s totally
great.

I signed on a few years ago, simply because some girls I know posted photos
of me and I wanted to see them.
While it has gotten less user friendly and more crapular over time, I find
it has some uses.
For instance, I have re-connected with old friends who are scattered all
over the globe. I have heard from more than
a couple of ex girlfriends and that has had its "benefits". Most
importantly, I have picked up a number of gigs simply
by being connected to a network of random people.
It can be a real time waster for some, and there's a certain segment who
think it's supposed to be a blog. Sorry, no.
There's also the ones who waste tons of page space with scores of bad photos
posted one at a time. Add to that
the ones who flood a page with youtube videos of their favorite music, which
I REALLY can do without.
Albert Camus said "Hell is other people". My version is: "Hell is other
people's taste in music"
I block those types.
PA of the Day and Dodgy Technicians (on FB) are worth viewing for laughs and
amusement.
