Eh, no. The hose is touching the speaker and you can clearly see the end
of the hose is oscillating, which causes the water to make a spiral as it
comes out.
It's a cool video, but the cause is the mechanical transfer of energy from
the speaker to the hose, not a transfer of energy through sound.
** The set up looks horribly unsafe.
The box appears to be a self power sub modified by taking the PCBs for the
volume control and AC power switch and passing them out through the front.
The two boards are close enough to touch and the AC board has NOT been
suitably insulated.
And there is water about ...

Forgive me for pointing this out, but the "spiral"
is an artifact of the 24 FPS camera speed; positive
and negative "travel" was obtained by varying the
frame rate to 23 and 25 FPS. It's the same effect
as stagecoach wheels appearing to turn backwards
in old Westerns. An identical effect can also be obtained
in realtime with a strobe light.
