Silly question maybe, but nowhere can I find it explicitly stated, but
is the wi-fi link between these devices bi-directional wrt audio itself ?

Most specifically, if a channel is soloed, can it be monitored off the
device running the application ?

Presumably it can, given that all channels do appear to come back to
allow recording on the controlling device ....

But nowhere does it specifically state this in the documentation.

Sorry Geoff, but the X-Air app is strictly for control and does not allow you to monitor from within the app/from your mobile device. Unfortunately, you must plug into the Monitor (headphone) jack on the front of the mixer or find another wireless solution.

And I just re-discovered this mailing list. You've probably already got the answer (or gave up) but thought I'd put it on the table anyway.
