Your mixer is faulty. They aren't all faulty. You have probably got faulty
power supplies, possibly becasue of a design weakness.

What did Behringer say when you logged the fault(s) ? Maybe they have a Tech
Note about it, and how to remedy.

3 units with the exactly the SAME PROBLEM?
That is definitely design flaw!

Behringer sent me only auto-response: "send it in for repairs".

Maybe that would be your best bet then. Or give up on the model/brand.

If it is a design or manufacturing flaw, then presumably they have sorted
out a fix. Do you actually want it fixed, or just to sound off about it ?

That's why I emailed them about updates with NO RESPONSE from Behringer.
There is only one motherboard inside. No separate FX processor board. And all the chips are soldered in. No chip sockets.
There is nothing any bench technician can do to fix the problem, unless the FX chip or entire motherboard re-designed.
Sending it in would be waste of shipping charges.
I am looking to switch to Mackie.

Yep - so clearly a problem. So take the new one back to the retailer and
get them to get it fixed, as they are oblidged to do in most countries. Your
decision as to if worth getting the 'used' one fixed.
